Memory Performance
Memory performance is associated with the ability to both retain and recall events, experiences and information. The process of memory formation and retrieval is intimately associated with the ability to shift EEG frequencies and to facilitate the synchronous oscillations of large aggregates of neurons, responsible for encoding memory components. Biofeedback, neurofeedback and audiovisual entrainment can all be helpful for enhancing memory formation and retrieval. The ability to shift attentional states in ways associated with correct memory processes can be trained and reinforced by these interventions.
